Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

This site is operated by MVB Events LLC. It does two things: it sells tickets to adult lifestyle events, and it hosts a members' community around them. Both involve information about you, some of it sensitive, so this page sets out plainly what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

If anything here is unclear, ask us — there is a link at the bottom.

Adults only

This site is for people aged 18 or over. The first time you visit we ask you to confirm your age. We record only that a confirmation happened, in a cookie in your own browser that lasts about 30 days — we do not record who confirmed, and the confirmation is not an identity check.

Clubs and event organisers

The platform hosts events for several clubs and organisers, and each club's members, events and content are kept separate from the others. When you buy a ticket or RSVP to an event, the organiser running that event receives what they need to admit you: your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, what you bought, and the guest details you entered. Organisers can export the list of people attending their own event. They handle that information under their own practices, not ours.

What we collect

Things you give us

  • Your account: your name, email address, a password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, so we cannot read it), and a phone number if you provide one.
  • Your profile: display name, age, gender, role, height, weight, body type, eye and hair colour, sexuality, drinking and smoking habits, a description of yourself and what you are looking for, your city, state and ZIP code, photographs, and any additional fields your club has chosen to add.
  • Verification: some clubs ask members for a verification photo.
  • Bookings: the name, email address and phone number used for an order, and any guest names you enter.
  • What you post: wall posts, comments, likes, photos and albums, direct messages, chatroom messages, RSVPs, meet-up plans, and any reports you make about other members' content.

Things we record as you use the site

  • Approximate location. So that distance search works, we translate the ZIP code you enter into approximate coordinates using a lookup table we hold ourselves. We do not read your device's location and we do not send your address to an outside geocoding service.
  • Activity in the community: when you were last online, whose profiles you have viewed and who has viewed yours, and who you have added as a friend or blocked.
  • Technical records: our servers keep audit and security logs that include your IP address, your browser, which pages you requested and when.

Card details, which we deliberately never receive

When you pay, your card details are entered into a field provided by our payment processor, Authorize.net, and go directly to them. They do not pass through our servers and we never store them. What we keep is the processor's transaction reference, the amount, and what you bought.

Sensitive information

A lot of what a profile holds here — sexuality, lifestyle preferences, the events you attend — is sensitive, and under some laws it is a special category of personal data. We collect it only because you choose to enter it in order to take part, and we use it only to run the community. Please treat your profile as something other members will read, and do not put anything in it that you would not want them to see.

What we use it for

  • Running your account, your membership and your subscription.
  • Selling and honouring tickets, RSVPs and payment plans, and getting you through the door.
  • Showing you events, members and content, including search by distance.
  • Letting you message, post and take part in the community.
  • Sending you service messages — order confirmations, reminders, and notices about your membership.
  • Sending you news and offers, only if you have asked for them. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
  • Keeping the place safe: moderating reported content, enforcing blocks, preventing fraud and abuse, and telling people apart from bots.
  • Meeting our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Our legal grounds, if you are in the UK or the EEA

We rely on: performance of our contract with you, for your account and your bookings; your consent, for the sensitive details you choose to publish in your profile and for marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time; our legitimate interests, for security, fraud prevention and moderation; and compliance with legal obligations, for financial records.

Who else sees your information

  • Other members, according to your own visibility settings — see the next section.
  • The organiser of an event you book or RSVP to, as described above.
  • Authorize.net, our payment processor, which handles card payments.
  • Google, whose reCAPTCHA service protects some of our forms from automated abuse; it receives your IP address and how you interacted with the form.
  • Google Cloud, which hosts the site and the database.
  • Our email delivery provider, for the messages we send you.
  • Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for cross-site advertising. There is no third-party analytics or advertising tracking on this site.

What other members can see

  • The profile fields you fill in, and your photographs according to each album's visibility.
  • Whether you are online, unless you turn that off in your profile.
  • Your wall, according to your wall privacy setting.
  • That you visited their profile, and you can see who visited yours.
  • Blocking someone hides you from each other across the community.

Direct messages are visible to the person you send them to. Content that another member reports can be reviewed by moderators so they can act on the report.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, and none of them are for advertising:

  • Signing in — keeps you logged in, and protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
  • Age confirmation — records that you confirmed you are 18 or over, for about 30 days.
  • Preferences — remembers choices such as your theme.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and profile for as long as your account is open. Orders, payments and related records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is usually several years, even after an account closes. Audit and security logs are kept on a rolling basis. When you ask us to delete your account we do so, except for records we are legally required to retain.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, export it, or stop or limit certain uses of it. You can withdraw consent at any time, and you can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message. If you are in the UK or the EEA you may also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the right to know what we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information — and, as above, we do not sell or share it.

Much of this you can do yourself from your profile. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within the time the law allows.

How we protect it

Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Card numbers never reach us. Access to member data is restricted and administrative actions are logged. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise otherwise, but if a breach affects you we will tell you where the law requires it.

Children

This site is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Where your information is held

Our servers and database are hosted in the United States. If you are outside the United States, using the site means your information is transferred there and handled under this policy.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you before it takes effect.
